Totally unreliable and a waste of time

Totally unreliable and a waste of time. I collected all the samples for three different tests which is not a pleasant experience. Only one of the tests taken was delivered and the other two were stuck in limbo somewhere containing my samples. One of the tests I got the results back for so I'm giving two stars not one. Another after two weeks of being somewhere is finally being processed and the other they discontinued after it got completely lost, convenient. I wanted all my money back because I had to go through a traditional lab to get all the tests redone but they refused and only gave the money back for the test that was lost. I don't even need the test they're processing anymore. It's hit and miss with this one, good luck if you try. You may be one of those grateful 5 star reviewers, wish I was. I don't like getting my blood drawn.

To be honest they don't even deserve…

To be honest they don't even deserve the one star I had 1 of the worst experiences with this company I will never go back and I do not recommend going through this company at all for any reason whatsoever I have hypothyroid and have been looking for a good lab to go through I was trying to find something convenient I decided I would do a test and I wanted to review 4 different companies at the same time Everly well was one of those companies I purchased 4 different tests all on the same day and when I got the results back all 3 of the other tests from completely different labs were the same but the 1 from Everly well said I was cured my tests came back negative and all of my numbers for my blood work were completely different than what the other 3 were I find it completely odd I immediately messaged the company and they told me that there was something wrong with me and not something wrong with their testing they said that their labs are accurate and Its my own fault I will never go back just terrible customer service and a awful experience I guarantee you they are giving way more than just myself the wrong results these results are not accurate and they're going around telling people that they don't have hypothyroid when they actually do somebody like myself who is chronically ill and they told me I was cured it's just mind boggling

Invalid results

Up until today I had only good things to say about this company. I did an STD test back in February and loved having the ability to do the test without needing to go to a doctor’s office. I received a negative result several days after mailing back the kit.
However, 3 months later they just called to tell me that my results were NOT VALID and that I would need to repeat the test to confirm everything is in fact negative. Apparently they noticed some discrepancies coming out of the lab that processed my results, and they were calling everyone who had received a result from that lab to tell them they needed to be retested.
While I appreciate them calling to tell me and refunding me for the test, it’s terrible to think that I could be walking around for 3 months with an std thinking I am negative. This also affects my partner, who I was having unprotected sex with because I thought I was negative. They have clear verbiage on their website stating that their results are more than 99.9% accurate. While they offered to send me a replacement kit, I will go elsewhere to retest, thank you very much.

The customer service of this brand is…

The customer service of this brand is garbage, but the results seem fine. I enjoyed doing it for 5 months or so. I would highly recommend.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience recently. I drew blood for nothing on 4 tests. It took a lot of nerve for me to build up the confidence to do it. And now my 4 specimens are just being thrown away, and they want me to do it all over again due to an error on their part.

Absolutely can not recommend

Absolutely can not recommend. They've had my test kit back for two weeks now and I still don't have my results. First it was 2-3 business days, then 4-6, then 8... it's now been two weeks and still nothing. All I get is excuses ("our partner lab, blah blah blah")... Not convinced I will ever get my results, and if I do I am not sure I'll trust them given this. Stay away-- stay far, far, far away.

Unorganized Process, Unable to Contact Everlywell by Phone, Slow to No Customer Support

The concept of taking charge of your health and taking tests at home is great; however, the delivery and execution for Everlywell could use some improvement. The Women's Health Test is a long process because of the timeframe during your cycle. It also hurts to draw blood using their lancet. My finger was sore for days. Maybe I pressed down too hard. I recommend following the instructions very carefully and videotape yourself sending the tests off to the lab. I mailed my tests to the labs included in the packaging, and I received several different messages from Everlywell. First, they said I sent a test to the wrong lab (even though I used the return label they included). Second, they said I was missing a blood sample card when I know I included both. Third, they said my tests were received and still pending. Different messages, and I think the whole process is a bit unorganized. I am almost 100% sure I mailed and sent all items. The directions can be conflicting as well between what they have online and what is included in your test kit. I gave up and will go get lab work done at my naturopath. A huge issue is they don't offer phone support, only email support, which could take days to receive a response (if you do). Since we are dealing with people's health and medical-related questions or issues, phone support would benefit customers. The whole process seems impersonal.

I like the test

This test for Covid-19 was actually easy to conduct and extremely convenient for me. With the easy test, all I had to was request for it and it arrived soon, to the nasal procedure and send it back to them. I mailed the sample back on a Thursday and I received my results which was negative btw, on Monday since they don't operate during the weekends. Thank you for the convinience

Got my results fast

A great product, let me tell you that! The at-homr coronavirus test was very easy for us to use and it took less than 10 minutes for both my wife and myself which was actually really fast. Everything necessary was included and the instrcutions were extremely clear. We watched a video on how to use it prior to receiving the product so we knew what exactly we should do. I just went and deposited the samples to the UPS label that was sent and we are waiting for the results. But the test, it was quite easy for us to use

I ordered a Lyme disease test in June

I ordered a Lyme disease test in June , it was supposed to be delivered in 3to5 business days. It took 10. Then it was supposed to have results in 3to5 business days. It has been 17 and still have not received any results. Nor have I gotten any correspondence from them other than adds to purchase more tests.

Helped me so much

I wanted to know what types of food might be affecting me so I decided to get the at-home sensitivty test by them. This test actually works, it showed me the food I am sensitive to so I can now maintain my diet accordingly. This was a very easy test to perform, especially since I get to do it at home. Everything that was needed to perform the test is included in the box. Very simple instructions are included making the process much easier.
